Russia provides three tons of relief aid to people of Daraa Al-Balad

The Russian government distributed various relief aid to a number of affected families in Al-Yarmouk and Abbasiya neighborhoods in Daraa Al-Balad region, in the city council center.

Member of the Executive Office and official of the relief sector, Dr. Walid Al-Dakhoul, stated that this aid, whose quantity is estimated at 3 tons, targets the neediest families in Daraa Al-Balad neighborhoods. He highlighted  the coordination made with the city council to distribute this aid within statistical tables.

Head of Daraa City Council, Engineer Amin Al-Omari, told SANA that this aid expresses the depth of Syrian-Russian relations, and targets a large percentage of families affected by the war, pointing out that there are other batches of aid that will be provided in the coming days to include the rest of the families of the region.
