Palestinian captives Kayed Al-Fasfous and Sultan Khallouf continue their hunger strike

The Palestinian captives Kayed Al-Fasfous and Sultan Khallouf continue their hunger strike for the 45th day in rejection of the Israeli occupation’s continuous crimes against the captives in the occupation jails.

In a statement reported by WAFA News Agency on Saturday, the Palestinian Prisoners Club warned of the deterioration of the health condition of the two hunger striking prisoners, due to the policy of slow murder perused by the occupation authorities.

Al-Fasfous and Khallof are suffering from severe fatigue and weakness and severe body aches. Prisoner Al-Fasfous has lost his balance and is unable to walk or stand, and suffers from constant dizziness and pain in the joints, while prisoner Khallouf moves around in a wheelchair, and he is still suffering from continuous vomiting of blood and poor vision, the club clarified.

The club affirmed the need to pressure the occupation authorities to move the two prisoners to one of the West Bank hospitals to get enough medical care, noting contacts with international law organizations for this purpose.

The club renewed its call on the international community to pressure the occupation as to release all the Palestinian prisoners since they are being exposed to various forms of physical and psychological torture as well as inhuman oppressive measures, particularly medical negligence.
