Russian aid distributed in the village of Zama in Jableh countryside

Latakia,(ST) – the Russian Coordination Center at the Hmeimim base distributed on Wednesday a batch of food aid to people in the village of Zama in Jableh countryside.

Major Alexei Belochnikov, who is responsible for distributing the aid said in a statement to a SANA reporter that this aid consists of a variety of food materials such as sugar, rice, oil, flour and tea.

In turn, the people in the village thanked Russia and the Russian people for the assistance provided, which contributes to alleviating the burdens that the Syrian people suffer from in the light of the difficult economic conditions as a result of the unjust siege on Syria.

This Russian aid expresses the depth of friendship between the Syrian and Russian peoples, they stressed.
