Fattouh condemns the Israeli occupation’s execution of the Palestinian child Milad Al-Rai

Speaker of the Palestinian National Council (Parliament), Rawhi Fattouh, condemned the crime of executing the 16-year-old Palestinian child, Milad Al-Rai, who died from a bullet wound as the occupation was  storming into the Arroub camp, north of the city of Hebron in the West Bank.

Fattouh said that the Israeli occupation continues to target children in particular and Palestinian civilians in general, violating all the rules of international law and humanitarian law.

Fattouh stressed that the occupation’s violations against children, including killing, intentionally injuring, and causing disability, are war crimes that require it to be held accountable and require international intervention to provide protection for all Palestinians.
