Participants in the Syrian Tribes and Clans Forum: We Support the Syrian Army and reject all forms of occupation, separatist agendas

Aleppo- The Al-Boushaaban tribe – Al-Bouskeikh clan- in Aleppo on Friday held a forum for the dignitaries and leaders of the Syrian tribes and clans to voice rejection of the US and Turkish occupation of Syrian territories and of the aggressive practices of the SDF separatist militia and the armed terrorist groups against the citizens this region.

Sheikh Abdullah Al-Dandal of Albu Sheikh Clan said in a statement following the forum “all members of the clans are working relentlessly to restore Al-Jazira region to the sovereignty of the Syrian state. We support and bless every uprising by our people in Al-Jazira to liberate every occupied inch of the Syrian land”.

“The Syrian clans and tribes stand by the Syrian State and its allies and the Army to maintain a unified Syria under the leadership of President Bashar Al-Assad,” the statement added.

It affirmed the clans’ complete rejection of the illegitimate presence of any occupation forces on Syrian lands, condemning the aggressive and provocative practices of the U.S. occupation and its affiliated separatist tools that loot Syria’s resources which belong only to the Syrian people.

For his part, Sheikh Ahmad Hweis from Al-Bakkara tribe said that the forum represents all categories of the Syrian society and aims at defending Syria against occupation and separatists, stressing the tribes’ adherence to Syria’s territorial integrity and resources.

Sheikh Issa Al-Ibrahim from Al-Daleem Tribe – Al-Assasneh Clan- emphasized the tribes’ rejection of the illegal foreign interference in Syria and the attempts to divide the country, reiterating that raising any flag other than the flag of the Syrian Arab Republic is completely rejected.
