Beirut (ST): The Israeli occupation forces renewed their violations of Lebanese sovereignty and violated the Lebanese territorial waters off Ras Naqoura, southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese Army said in a statement today: “A gunboat belonging to the Israeli enemy breached the Lebanese territorial waters for a distance of about 444 meters off Ras Naqura.”
The statement added that the Lebanese army is following up on the issue of the breach, in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, UNIFIL.
