The Ministry of Defense warns against spreading misleading news about our armed forces

Damascus (ST): The Ministry of Defense confirmed that any news, information or orders related to the army and the armed forces are circulated directly to our armed forces or published exclusively on the official page of the ministry on “Facebook”.

The ministry warned in a statement published on its official page that “some suspicious websites and pages linked to the circles of aggression and conspiracy are trying to sow chaos and influence the morale of our valiant army and our proud people by spreading false news and misleading information related to our armed forces.”

The ministry said: “Here we confirm that any news, information or orders related to the army and the armed forces are circulated directly to our armed forces or published exclusively on the official page of the Ministry of Defense at the link https://www.facebook.com/mod.gov.sy,  otherwise it is completely unfounded and unreliable.”
