Shtayyeh calls on international institutions to break their silence regarding the crimes of the occupation
Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Ibrahim Shtayyeh called on international human rights bodies and institutions to break their silence regarding the daily Israeli occupation crimes against the Palestinian people.
The Palestinian Wafa News Agency quoted Shtayyeh as saying in a statement on Tuesday: The international silence encourages the occupation to continue its crimes, the most recent of which was the storming of its forces at dawn today in the town of Zababdeh in the city of Jenin in the West Bank, which led to the martyrdom of Othman Abu Kharj, 17 years old.
In his turn, the President of the Palestinian National Council, Rawhi Fattouh, affirmed that the executions carried out by the occupation forces against the Palestinians express the occupation’s fascist and racist tendency towards the Palestinian people. He called on the international community to condemn the crimes of the occupation and hold the perpetrators accountable before the international criminal courts for war criminals.
