Israeli occupation kills a Palestinian youth in Jenin, detains 47 others in different parts of the West Bank

A Palestinian youth was martyred and 47 others were detained during the occupation forces raids on several areas in the occupied West Bank.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into Al-Zababdeh town in Jenin amid shooting, killing Othman Abu Kharj, 17, and detaining a youth.

Moreover, the occupation forces raided several neighborhoods in Tulkarem, Al-Khalil, the towns of Beit Kahil, Beit Ummar and Surif in the north, Burqa, Beit Dajan, Beit Furik in Nablus, Abwein in Ramallah, Qarawat Bani Hassan in Salfit, Azzun in Qalqilya, Silat al-Harithiya and Sanur in Jenin, and detained 46 Palestinians.

The occupation forces also closed several entrances and set up checkpoints at the northern, southern, eastern, and western entrances of Al-Khalil, the entrances to the towns of Yatta, Beit Kahil, Sa’ir, Halhul, Dura, Bani Naim and Beit Ummar, and stopped and searched Palestinian vehicles, which impeded the movement into and out of the city.

Yesterday, the occupation forces detained 17 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

A Palestinian injured by the occupation forces, south of Jenin

In another development, a Palestinian was injured by the Israeli occupation forces’ bullets during their raid into Zababdeh town, south of Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the town and opened fire on the Palestinians, wounding one of them in the head.

Yesterday, dozens of Palestinians were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation forces attacking them in the Al-Khalil city in the occupied West Bank.

Occupation forces storm into Jericho

On the other hand, the Israeli occupation forces stormed into Jericho in the occupied West Bank at dawn today.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the city from its northern entrance and assaulted the Palestinians by firing poisonous gas, without any injuries reported.

Yesterday, the occupation forces demolished five houses and an industrial facility in the cities of Al-Quds and Jericho in the occupied West Bank.
