Raisi: The release of frozen Iranian assets is an achievement of the country’s diplomacy

Tehran, (ST) – Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi affirmed that the release of part of Iran’s foreign exchange resources is a manifestation of its honorable diplomatic achievements.

Raisi said on Wednesday during a meeting of the Iranian government: The spending of all these resources will be in line with support for production and economic plans aimed at its growth.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said: The release of Iran’s money and its transfer from South Korea is part of honorable diplomacy, and this stage of the agreement is also a re-test for America.

Raisi added that in the right direction of diplomacy, efforts are continuing to lift sanctions and return all parties to international obligations towards Iran.
