Charlotte Casiraghi of Monaco gives birth to son

PARIS_ A new member appeared in the ruling house of Monaco. As it became known on Wednesday, 27-year-old Charlotte Casiraghi, the eldest daughter of Princess Caroline and Prince Albert’s niece II, gave birth to a son, according to ITAR TASS.

The child’s father is Gad Elmaleh, a famous French comedian and actor, who is older than his partner for 15 years.

Charlotte Casiraghi has the fourth priority right to the throne of Monaco. As a member of the ruling family, she plays a prominent role in the life of the principality, in particular in raising funds for the Princess Grace Foundation charity.

For some time, Charlotte Casiraghi, had been working as a journalist in English-language press, including in The Independent newspaper, and later founded her own publication titled Ever Manifesto. In addition, she is a professional rider and regularly takes part in international competitions in horse riding.
