Russia: launching a military satellite into space

Moscow (ST): The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the launch of the transport missile (Soyuz 1.2B), carrying a satellite for military purposes, from the Plesets space airport under the management of the ground facilities of the Russian Aerospace Forces.

The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed that the communication with the satellite (Cosmos 2569) is good and continuous, and all its devices operate normally, noting that information about the device was included by officers of the main space intelligence center of the Space Forces in the main index of space objects of the Russian space control system.
