US to announce new USD 200 million in military aid to Ukraine

Washington, (ST) – US officials revealed that new batches of weapons worth $200 million will be pumped to Ukraine, in continuation of the policy of escalating war and confrontation against Russia.

Reuters quoted unnamed officials as saying: The arms payments come within the framework of the $25.5 billion in financial assistance previously authorized by Congress for Kiev, which includes mine-clearing equipment, anti-tank weapons, rifles, ammunition, air defense interceptors produced by Lockheed Martin for the Patriot system, missiles and other equipment.

With the insistence of the United States and its allies on fueling the Ukraine crisis by continuing to pump weapons and funds into the Kiev regime, representatives of a number of international and American movements demonstrated near the United Nations building in downtown New York this week, in protest against the policy of Western countries in this regard and their continued support for Kiev.
