Al-Mikdad starts an official visit to Iran

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al-Mikdad on Sunday started an official visit to Iran at an official invitation during which he will hold talks with his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir Abdullahian as well as senior Iranian officials.

The visit aims at strengthening relations between Syria and Iran, discussing the latest developments in the regional and international arenas and holding consultations on current issues.
