The Socialist Party of Romania: The American presence on Syrian territory aims to seize natural resources
The head of the Romanian Socialist Party, Constantin Rotaru, affirmed that the illegal American presence on the Syrian lands aims to seize the natural resources of Syria, pointing out that America is carrying out its aggressions against the countries of the world which are rich in these resources, including Romania.
Rotaru praised the steadfastness of the Syrian people, army and leadership who are defending the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria, pointing to the achievements made by Syria, which he saw during his visit to the country 15 years ago. Rotaru noted that he is looking forward to visiting Syria again.
The Romanian official expressed his great appreciation for the Syrians who are confronting the American aggression and deciding their own future, noting that Syria is a beautiful country and includes many things that any person with sincere intentions would like to know.
Rotaru pointed out that Romania is a country that is rich in natural resources, and as a result, the world’s imperialists, led by the United States, declared a media war against the Romanian people in 1989.
Regarding his vision on the formation of a new multipolar world order, Rotaru said: “All countries must be independent and sovereign, and every people must be masters in their own country in order to decide their own destiny. Relations between countries must be based on the principles of respect and mutual cooperation that achieves the interests of all countries”.
