Brazil: Many countries want to join our plan to solve the Ukrainian crisis

Brasilia (ST): Brazilian Foreign Minister Mora Vieira announced that several countries are willing to join his country’s plan for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.

In response to a question about his country’s president’s proposal to establish a group of countries “not involved” in the conflict in Ukraine with the aim of imposing peace, Vieira told RIA Novosti: “President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, in all his public statements and in his private contacts with heads of state and government, stresses the urgent need to discuss ways to build peace”, pointing out that several countries have expressed their willingness to join these efforts. An example of this can be mentioned is the initiative of African countries, as this matter will take time, but it will lead to the peace that we strive for.
