Explosive device planted by terrorists kills soldier, 2 members of Internal Security Forces in Daraa  

DARAA, Jul.11, ( ST)- A soldier was martyred and two members of the Internal Security Forces were wounded when an explosive device, that was planted by terrorists, exploded on Damascus Highway in the northern countryside of Daraa.

A source at the Daraa Police Command told the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA): “Terrorists planted an explosive device near  Damascus-Daraa highway, and detonated it remotely while a security patrol was passing by, which led to the martyrdom of a soldier and the wounding of two members of the Internal Security Forces.”

The source pointed out that the two wounded policemen were transferred to Daraa National Hospital to receive treatment, while military engineering units came and started combing the area in search of other explosive devices.
