The Governorate of Damascus Countryside sends a new convoy of relief aid to Lattakia
On July 8th, the Governorate of Damascus Countryside dispatched a new aid convoy to the earthquake-affected people in Lattakia governorate, including 40 tons of foodstuffs, medicines, and various household items.
Member of the Executive Burerau in charge of the social affairs and labor sector in Lattakia, Dr. Alaa Al-Sheikh, stated that with this batch, the number of aid convoys reaches 18, provided by NGOs and economic actors in the governorate of Damascus Countryside, to support and assist those affected by the earthquake that struck a number of governorates last February.
