Marking Eid Al-Adha, Defense Minister visits army formations in the countryside of Aleppo and Lattakia
On the occasion of Eid Al-Adha and Under the directives of President Bashar Al-Assad, Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed Forces, Minister of Defense, General Ali Mahmoud Abbas, visited the Syrian army units in the countryside of Aleppo and Lattakia.
The minister met with the fighters in their positions, conveying the President’s congratulations on the occasion of the Eid and his wishes for them and their families for good health.
General Abbas also met with the field commanders who briefed him on their combat missions. He stressed the need that the units remain on high alert to confront any terrorist attacks to mwintsin the security of the homeland.
