Syrian Army, Russian air forces carry out military operation against terrorists’ strongholds in Idlib countryside.

The Syrian armed forces, in cooperation with the Russian Air Force, destroyed terrorists’ strongholds and depots in Jabal Al-Arbaeen area in Idlib countryside. They eliminated dozens of terrorists and injured others.

In a statement on Wednesday said that in response to the repeated daily attacks carried out by terrorist organizations against civilians in safe residential areas in Hama countryside, the Syrian army in cooperation with the friendly Russian forces, carried out airstrikes against the strongholds of terrorist organizations in Jabal Al-Arbaeen area in Idlib countryside  including their weapons, ammunition, guidance, drones, and other equipment. These strikes led to the complete destruction of terrorists’ headquarters, and to the death and injury of dozens of terrorists.

The ministry indicated that among the dead were a number of leaders of terrorist groups, including Abu Karmo Morek, Dawood Muhammad, Abu Saif Mustafa al-Sahili, Haidara Mahmoud Al-Ghab, Abu Al-Baraa Abyan, Abu Sayfo Al-Hamwi, Abu Mujahid Rabi` Al-Ghab, Abu al-Zubayr Serji, Radwan Rayhan and Abdul Hamid. On the 25th of this month, the Syrian armed forces announced that they had carried out, in cooperation with the Russian Air Force, several specific operations that led to the destruction of terrorist headquarters and warehouses, and drone launching sites in Idlib countryside, including weapons, ammunition and drones, and eliminated dozens of terrorists and wounded others.
