The sheikhs of the Arab clans and tribes held a gathering in the village of Jarmuz in the countryside of Qamishli to renew their support for the Syrian Arab Army, and in rejection of all forms of occupation of the Syrian lands.
During the gathering, the sheikhs affirmed their rejection of any project supported by the occupation forces to loot the wealth of the Syrian Jazira, renewing their support for the “No to occupation” campaign launched by the Arab clans in the region, and standing together to support the Syrian Arab Army to restore security and safety to the entire Syrian territory.
The sheikh of the Tayi tribe, Muhammad Abd al-Razzaq al-Ta’i, stated that the Tayi tribe rejects any project aimed at fragmenting the national cohesion of the people of the Tayi tribe.
In turn, Sheikh Dhari Muhammad Al-Faris pointed out that the clansmen are aware of the danger of catching up with the sedition that tries to create a state of instability and thus affect social life.
