4 policemen martyred, another wounded in a terrorist ambush 

Four members of the Internal Security Forces have been martyred and another has been seriously wounded in an armed ambush by terrorists near the Al-Jamal roundabout in the town of Al-Muzayreeb in the western countryside of Daraa.

A source in the Daraa Police Command stated that the terrorist ambush took place at around 7:30 am, while a police patrol was on its way from the city of Daraa to the city of Tafas to secure the examination centers.

The source indicated that the terrorists fired heavily at the patrol, causing the death and injury of its members, before they fled.

A source in Daraa National Hospital explained that the hospital received the bodies of 4 police martyrs who died immediately because of their wounds, while the necessary treatment is still being provided to a seriously wounded member.
