Israeli settlers today set ablaze about 50 dunums of corps in the Palestinian village of al-Tuwane, in Masafer Yatta in the south of the West Bank, according to WAFA News Agency.
Settlers also let their sheep lose in Palestinian farms in Ein al-Bayda, in Masafer Yatta, seeking to destroy the crops.
The settlers have intensified their attacks on Palestinian property, crops and pastures, and the demolition of wells and homes in their pursuit to expand their illegal settlement outposts at the expense of Masafer Yatta lands and residents.
Several homes, vehicles set on fire by Israeli settler gangs in Umm Safa
Meantime, an unidentified number of houses and vehicles were set on fire today in a new crime perpetrated by the Israeli settler in the village of Umm Safa, to the north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
Scores of Israeli settlers, some of them armed with rifles and guarded by Isareli occupation forces and police, stormed into the village and fired indiscriminately at everything they came across, including homes and vehicles, setting several houses and cars on fire.
The shooting attack also caused damage to an ambulance, and a paramedic was slightly injured by a gunshot while moving a patient in urgent condition to a hospital.
Mohammad Radi, a Palestine TV cameraman, added that the settlers fired gunshots at him and his colleague, Falantina Abu Hamed, as they were covering the terrorist attack by nearly 70 Israeli settlers on the village. He said one gunshot directly hit and damaged their camera.
Radi said his colleague, Falantina, and he miraculously survived the shooting attack.
