Syrian feature film “Joseph’s Journey” wins best scenario prize in official competition of Casablanca Arab Film Festival
The Syrian feature film “Joseph’s Journey” has won the best scenario prize in official competition of 4th Casablanca Arab Film Festival which concluded yesterday.
The film, directed by Joud Said and co-written by Wisamn Kan’an and Joud Said, is starring Ayman Zedan, Ruba Al-Halabi, Samer Omran, Serena Muhammad, Wael Zedan, Nour Al-Sabah, Ahmed Darwish and Jawad Al-Saeed.
The film, which competed with 13 other feature films, depicts the journey of a grandfather carrying his grandson in search of a lost hope and a better life.
The festival, which was organized by the “Imtidad” Association for Culture and Development in Morocco, kicked off on June 16th.
