Bronze medal for Syria in swimming at the Special Olympics World Games

Berlin (ST) – Syrian Special Olympics team player Sana Sheikh Al-Shabab won the bronze medal in the swimming competition within the Special Olympics World Games 2023 held in the German capital, Berlin. 

The player won the medal in the breaststroke competition. 

In addition to swimming, The Syrian mission to the Special Olympics World games participates in 8 other sports. These sports are athletics, bocce, gymnastics, cycling, judo, weightlifting and badminton.
