The National Earthquake Center: 5 weak tremors monitored during the past 24 hours
Damascus (ST): The National Earthquake Center announced that 5 earthquakes were recorded in the past 24 hours.
The Center stated in a statement that the stations of the National Seismic Monitoring Network recorded until 7:16 am today 5 weak earthquakes, two of which were in Turkey, whose intensity ranged between magnitude 2.3 and 2.5 on Richter scale, and two in Iskenderun, the largest of which was at magnitude 3.3.
The Center added: The stations also recorded an earthquake, 14 km northwest of Hama, measuring magnitude 1.8 on the Richter scale.
