Khalaf pointed out to the importance of the received medicines to support the work of the health centers in the governorate, and to raise the level of the medical services provided to citizens, especially in the Al Loloa center (the Pearl).  The health centers are considered an alternative to the Hasakah National Hospital in the Aziziyah neighborhood, which is under the control of the “Qasd” SDF militia associated with the American occupation.
