A Chinese tourist group visits the city of Bosra in Daraa province

A  Chinese tourist group from Hong Kong on Friday visited the city of Bosra in Draa province to enjoy the beauty of the ancient city, the castle and the amphitheater.

The group included a photographer, a specialist in the field of tourism, and university students with different specializations.

The Chinese photographer and documenter “Shay” expressed to a SANA reporter his happiness for visiting Syria and his admiration at the deep-rooted archaeological monuments that indicate the greatness of Syria throughout successive civilizations.

He promised to repeat the visit with larger groups, praising the good organization and the security Syria enjoys contrary to the distorted image broadcast by the Western media about the country.

In turn Bella, who is a specialist in the tourism field, said that her presence in Syria is a challenge to herself first and to all rumors about this beautiful country.

Director of Daraa Tourism Yasser Al-Sa’adi stressed the directorate’s complete willingness to receive any suggestions that leads to developing the tourist work and that presents Syria’s right image.
