Syria condemned in the strongest terms the Ukrainian regime’s bombing of the Nova Kakhovka Dam, which caused great damage to civilians and flooded large areas with water.
An official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said: “This terrorist act by the Ukrainian regime constitutes a continuation of its reckless actions, and an escalation of its Atlantic protectors in their war against Russia.”
The source added, “Syria renews its full solidarity with Russia in its confrontation with the Atlantic aggression, and calls on the international community to move strongly to curb the absurd behavior of the Ukrainian regime, and the tendency towards Western aggression, which constitutes a serious threat to security and peace in the world.”
