The effect of energies and the power of the mind on the human soul and on our lives, a new book published by researcher “Lamis Al-Rifai”

Researcher (Lamis Al-Rifai) , published a book titled ” Vital Energy” where she takes us into a journey to understand  the concept of vital energy in a scientific and methodological manner, starting with the “Maqamat” meaning energy centers,in “Sanskrit” the chakras, detailing the general structural cycle of each of its seven divisions.

In her book, Al-Rifa explains the extent of the impact of spiritual and psychological energies  on the body, what envelops the human body and its life, the extent of the relationship among the soul, instinct, and the mind, and the effect of the  unconscious states on sensory and psychological perceptions.

In her research, Al-Rifai stresses the need for a person to reach the place where he can enjoy the following feelings: tranquility, peace, trust and love, as they are the characteristics of a person who does not pretend and accept himself as he is, and has a higher understanding of the different areas of life and how to deal with each one of them.

Al-Rifai indicated in her research that colors in all their forms have a great role in treatment, because they help awaken feelings and stimulate relaxation, and she delves into the role of the environment in achieving this.

The researcher also mentioned different types of plants such as: aloe vera, citrus fruits, lilies, orchids, mint, rosemary and other plants , and their importance in human life and explained their effectiveness in physical treatments for various diseases.

Finally, in the introduction to the book, the writer Dima Osama Al-Ashour explained that the researcher Al-Rifai often references in her research the mental law, and the influence of intellectual attraction on the course of our daily lives , as she looks deep into the programs of the mind and soul.
