Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affair: The occupation’s settlement plans are an extension of the measures ta annex and Judaize Al Quds

Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affair condemned the Israeli occupation’s plans to establish hundreds of new settlement units in the occupied Al Quds.

In a statement reported by Wafa News Agency, the Foreign Ministry considered  the new plans  an extension of the procedures for annexing, Judaizing Al Quds and separating it from its Palestinian surroundings. As these plans are a disregard of the UN resolution and the international demands calling for stopping settlements. The Foreign Ministry is calling for urgent international intervention that respects decisions of international legitimacy, especially Resolution 2334 calling for stopping settlements.

The occupation authorities have recently announced the establishment of 1700 new settlement units in the Occupied Al Quds as a part of a systematic scheme to Judaize the holy city and obliterate its Arab Palestinian identity.
