President Al-Assad receives invitation from UAE’s President to take part in COP28

Damascus – President Bashar Al-Assad on Monday received an invitation from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, to attend the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) to be held in Dubai from November 30 to December 12, 2023.

President Al-Assad received the letter of invitation during his meeting yesterday with Abdul Hakim al-Nuaimi, Chargé d’Affaires of the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Damascus.
