With the support of the American occupation, the (SDF) militia kidnapped a number of citizens in Hasakeh and al-Tabqa city in Raqqa

Hasakeh- Raqqa (ST): Armed groups of the (SDF) militia, with the support of the American occupation forces, raided a number of villages belonging to Tal Hamis district and the city of Tabqa in the countryside of Hasakeh and Raqqa, under the pretext of searching for wanted persons.

Local sources told news reporters that “heavily armed groups cordoned off the villages of Ghassan and Al-Zahra in Tal Hamis district in the southern countryside of Qamishli, and raided a number of village houses under the pretext of searching for wanted persons with the support of the American occupation forces, in parallel with the occupation forces’ helicopter flights.”

The sources pointed out that “the continuous raids carried out by the US-backed militia come under the pretext of searching for those who are fleeing from the so-called (self-defense duty) in the ranks of the militia to implement the agendas of the American occupier and protect convoys of trucks and tanks that steal wheat and oil from the Syrian Jezira.”

To the west of the city of Raqqa, local sources indicated that the so-called “military police” affiliated with the militia (SDF) carried out a campaign of raids in the city of Tabqa, after which they kidnapped a number of young men with the aim of driving them to the compulsory recruitment camps.
