President Al-Assad receives an invitation from King of Saudi Arabia to participate in the upcoming Arab League summit

Damascus, ST) – President Bashar Al-Assad on Wednesday received an invitation from King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to participate in the 32nd session of the Arab League Council meeting at the summit level, which will be held in Jeddah on May 19.

The invitation was conveyed to President Al-Assad by Nayef Al-Sudairi, the Saudi Ambassador to Jordan.

President Al-Assad asked Al-Sudairi to convey his greetings and thanks to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the invitation. He stressed that the upcoming Arab summit in Saudi Arabia will enhance joint Arab action to achieve the aspirations of the Arab peoples.
