The Minister of Education Darem Tabbaa discussed with the Pakistani Ambassador in Damascus Shahid Akhter the ways to enhance cooperation and exchange experience between the two countries in the field of deleloping the education process.
Minister Tabbaa stressed the importance of exchanging experiences in a way that enhances the education process, referring to the previous cooperation with the Pakistani School in the fields of teacher training and the development of English language teaching.
Minister Tabaa pointed out that the ministry focuses on sentimental education skills, life skills, promotion of values and morals, and the role of the teacher in achieving this among his students as a role model for them through activities and examples from daily life.
In turn, the Pakistani ambassador explained the importance of promoting human and educational values since the young age through the sentimental education which focuses on critical thinking, cooperation and the knowledge that is achieved by allocating various discussion topics in each curricula.
The Pakistani ambassador focused on the need to allocate several minutes in the lessons to enhance these concepts among students, pointing to the importance of cooperation between the ministry and the Pakistani School in the field of setting titles and life ideas to enhance the values of the students.
