Arab Parliament: Syria’s return to the Arab League serves the common Arab interest

Cairo (ST): The Arab Parliament welcomed the decision of the Arab foreign ministers to resume Syria’s participation in the meetings of the Council of the Arab League.

In a statement posted on its website, the parliament stated that this decision comes in line with the common Arab interest and fraternal relations that unite all Arab peoples, and it will contribute to strengthening the territorial integrity of Syria and preserving it.

It pointed out that this step is a positive development and an important step to enhance Inter-Arab cooperation to solve the crisis in Syria.
