Syrian national team wins two medals in the West Asian Fencing Championship

The Syrian National Fencing Team achieved two new medals on the second day of the West Asian Championship for age groups in Jordan, raising its tally to six medals, one silver and five bronze medals.

Player Youshaa Saqir was crowned with the silver medal for the Abi weapon for the U-13 male category, while the player Ghazl Dabaiyat won the bronze medal in the U-15 saber weapon.

10 teams from Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Bahrain, UAE and Qatar participate in the tournament.
