Iraqi Warplanes eliminate a terrorist group east of Iraq

The Joint Operations Command of the Iraqi army announced the elimination of a terrorist group in Diyala governorate, east of Iraq.

The  Iraqi News Agency INA quoted the leadership as saying in a statement today : based on intelligence information by the Military Intelligence Decorate and with planning and supervision from the targeting cell of the Joint Operations Command, the Iraqi warplanes carried out a successful air strike with F 16 aircraft against a terrorist group in Sandej area within the operation sector of Diyala. The warplanes eliminated the members of the terrorist group and destroyed their hideouts.

On May 4th , the Iraqi Warplanes eliminated a terrorist group in the Wadi Al Shay area in Kirkuk, north of Iraq.
