500 martyrs’ families honored in Qamishli on the occasion of Martyrs’ Day

In celebration of the Martyrs’ Day, Al-Hasakah Governorate honored 500 martyrs’ families in a ceremony held at the General Authority of Qamishli Hospital.

The governor of Hasakah, Dr. Louay Sayoh, stated: “Our gathering around the families of the martyrs and their loved ones is the least expression of our loyalty to the martyrs’ sacrifices, and we renew our appreciation for the greatness of the sacrifice they made so that the soil of the homeland remains protected.”

In turn, the Secretary of the Hasakah branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Eng. Turki Hassan, indicated that honoring the families of the martyrs is a duty for all Syrians, and today we remember the righteous martyrs who liberated the soil of the homeland from the filth of terrorism, and restored safety to all the Syrians.

The mother of the martyr Talal Abdel Hamid expressed gratitude for the efforts made to honor the mothers of the martyrs.

The mother of the martyr Ahmed Al-Hajji praised the greatness of what the martyrs offered and their role in preserving the soil of the homeland.
