Palestinian youth shot dead by the Israeli occupation in Ariha city

The crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people continue unabated. A young Palestinian was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces this morning during a raid on Aqabat Jabr camp, southwest of Ariha (Jericho), in the West Bank.

The Palestinian media outlets reported that the occupation stormed the Aqabat Jabr camp, deployed its forces in the alleys, climbed the roofs of some houses and fired bullets and poison gas bombs at the Palestinians, which led to the martyrdom of Suleiman Ayesh, the wounding of three others, and the detention of a Palestinian.

The Israeli occupation also stormed into the city of Ariha, deployed their forces in several neighborhoods and attacked the Palestinians which resulted in the injury of a Palestinian and the detention of three others, including two brothers.

Moreover, the occupation continues to close all entrances to Ariha city for the third day in a row, setting up checkpoints at all entrances and impeding the movement of Palestinians.

The martyrdom of the youth Suleiman Ayesh raises the number of Palestinian martyrs since the beginning of the year to 101, including 18 children.
