South Ossetian President congratulates President Al-Assad on Eid al-Fitr
South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev conveyed to the Syrian Ambassador in Moscow, Dr. Bashar Al-Ja’afari, the congratulations of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia, Alain Galgoev, to President Bashar Al-Assad on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
During the meeting, held Thursday at the headquarters of the Syrian Embassy in Moscow, Dzhioev and Al-Jaafari reviewed the development of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, stressing the need to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two sides in all fields, especially in the economic and commercial fields.
The meeting was attended on the South Ossetian side by Zara Valeeva, Counselor at the South Ossetian Embassy in Moscow, and from the Syrian Embassy, Minister Counselor Dr. Alaeddin Hamdan, and Counselor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ismail.
