Syria, Indonesia discuss judicial cooperation

JAKARTA- Syria’s Ambassador to Indonesia Abdulmonem Annan on Friday met with the Indonesian Justice Minister Yasonna Laoly. The two sides discussed judicial cooperation as well as issues of common interest.

Discussions focused on the mechanisms for enhancing the legal trust, which is the biggest guarantee to protect investment and trade exchanges between the public and private sectors of the two countries.

The two sides also highlighted the counter-terrorism file and the need that the nationals of other countries return from Syria to their homelands, particularly children and women.
