National Earthquake Center: 16 weak tremors recorded in the past 24 hours

The National Earthquake Center has stated that 16 low-intensity tremors were recorded during the past 24 hours.

In a statement reported by SANA, the center said that the stations of the National Seismic Monitoring Network, recorded one quake northeast of Hama, another quake 21 km northwest of Lattakia, 9 quakes in Liwa Iskenderun and 5 quakes in Turkey.

The center pointed out that the tremors measured between magnitude 1.7 and 3 on the Richter Scale and at different depths reaching 31 km.
