80-year-old Muhammad Saleem, 60 years of experience in manufacturing stamps and seals

Among a group of hand-made seals, Muhammad Saleem recalls the memories of his work in the making of stamps and seals in his office in Damascus downtown since the sixties of the past century.
The manufacture of seals is one of the handicrafts which have been subject to technology to a great deal. Today, seals are made through special designs on the computer, but Mr. Saleem still manually manufactures stamps.

Mr. Saleem learned this profession when he was young out of curiosity. Today, stamp and seal making has become part of his life and his source of income.
