Israeli occupation arrests 230 Palestinians in Jerusalem and deports 70 others

The Israeli occupation forces arrested 230 Palestinians in the occupied city of Jerusalem and deported 70 others from it and from Al-Aqsa Mosque during the past month.

Wafa news agency quoted the Wadi Hilweh Information Center as saying in its monthly report issued today: that the occupation forces arrested 230 locals from Jerusalem, including 3 children under 12 years old, 58 boys and 8 women. It noted that more than 80 Palestinians were arrested from Al-Aqsa Mosque and the roads leading to it.

The center indicated that the occupation authorities deported 15 Palestinians  from their places of residence in the city of Jerusalem, and prevented some of them from entering the West Bank. They also deported 30 others from the Old City and 25 from Al-Aqsa Mosque, including 13 women and 12 boys.
