A comprehensive strike in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories to protest the Israeli occupation crimes

On April 2nd, an all out strike prevailed in the occupied Palestinian territories in 1948, in protest against the murder of Muhammad al-Osaibi by the Israeli occupation forces at one of the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and against the continuous crimes of the occupation against the Palestinian people.

Wafa news agency stated that the strike called for by the Higher Follow-up Committee in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948 included the education sector and the economic sector.

The committee called for the organization of protests in all the towns of the territories occupied in 1948, to reject the crimes of the occupation, its aggressive policies, and the practices of racial discrimination.

The committee stressed that the murder of Al-Osaibi comes within the framework of the continuous targeting of the Palestinian presence in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa.

Muhammad Al-Osaibi, 26, from the town of Hura in the Negev region of the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948, died on Saturday, as a result of being shot by the Israeli occupation forces on Friday evening near Bab Al-Silsilah, one of the doors leading to the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
