UN Demands Zionist entity To End Arab Lands Occupation

Jaafari: Hesitation to condemn Occupation  sends wrong signal to the outlaws

NEWYORK,(ST)_ The UN  Economic and Financial Committee demanded the Israeli occupation to end occupation of Arab territories , including the occupied Syrian Golan and to stop its violations of human rights and international humanitarian law , including the Fourth Geneva Convention.
By a large majority, the committee voted in favor of the draft resolutions relating to items 51 and 52 , including the draft resolution entitled the occupied Syrian Golan ,  submitted by Cuba and Indonesia,  calling on the  occupying entity to end the occupation of the Syrian Golan and the occupied Palestinian territories , withdraw to the line of June of 1967 and stop the exploitation and endangering the natural resources ,and the attacks by settlers , for the implementation of Security Council  relevant resolutions , and considering  the  apartheid wall and settlements clear violation of international laws.
Syria’s Permanent Representative to the UN , Dr. Bashar Jaafari stressed , in a speech before the committee yesterday that Member States sent through their broad support for these resolutions a clear and unambiguous  message to “Israel ,  the occupying Power ,” according to the terms of the United Nations itself to end its occupation of all occupied  Arab lands and to immediately cease its violations of human rights and the  international humanitarian law , including the fourth Geneva Convention of ” 1949 .”

Jaafari said that Israel’s violation of the  international law is a grave violation  since it did not only confine to  the occupation of the Syrian Golan in 1967, but proceeded to pass  absurd laws , such as annexing  it, in a  provocative stand which recalls black  pages in the history of humanity , especially what happened in the beginning of  II  world war in Europe when a particular country assaulted  the sovereignty of other countries and annexed  parts of them by force.
He considered that Israel being the only voter  against the resolutions  is a matter of paramount significance  and constitutes in itself    a public letter to all  attending delegations to  that Israel and its rulers and politicians are not concerned with international consensus , the United Nations and international law.
Jaafari said that any hesitation in condemnation and rejection of the Israeli occupation of Arab lands , encourages the continuation of war and instability in the region and sends a wrong signal to the outlaws that the law of the jungle is a variant  and that  the law and lawlessness in the case of Israel is a legal  exception.
Jafari stressed that the Israeli occupation supports terrorists in Syria , pointing out that Israel does not respect the principles and foundations of the  international law and the provisions of the UN Charter.
Jaafariadded  that the decision of the Israeli occupation authorities to annex the occupied Syrian Golan  reminds us of unfair  and false Nazi Hitler decisions to the  annexation of the territory of Sudetenland Czechoslovak , and the Polish Danzig corridor   on the eve of World War II and how much it is a critical  paradox that Israel and its  rulers who have been claiming  that their settlement and the occupation of  Palestine is as a result of the persecution of the Nazis to the European Jews,  at the time they exercise  the same Nazi Hitlerism policies  against the  Palestinians and the Syrians rights  in their homeland  in the Golan and Palestine of  annexation of territory by force and violation of the Geneva Conventions of 1948 .
Jaafari added that the Israeli occupation policies in the occupied Arab surpassed and exceeded all colonial practices in the history of mankind , pointing out that Israel separately voted against the draft resolutions voted  by an overwhelming majority at  the United Nations.
