Russia provides humanitarian aid to children in orphanage in Aleppo

Aleppo, (ST) – The Russian Coordination Center in Aleppo distributed aid provided by the Russian Federation (the Russian Military Prosecution) to the children of the “Orphan Girl Association”, which included foodstuffs, blankets and electrical devices.

The military deputy and adviser to the Ministry of Justice in Russia Petrov Valery Yurgevich participated in distributing gifts to the children of the association.

For his part, the Head of the Russian Coordination Center and Monitoring the Movement of Displaced Persons in Aleppo, Colonel Sergei Yesonin stated in a statement to SANA reporter that this event comes within the initiative of the Russian General Military Prosecution to provide necessary humanitarian aid, including foodstuffs, blankets, electrical devices to the association and gifts to the children.

The Head of the Orphan Girl Association, Juman Makki, gave a brief explanation about the association, which hosts 42 orphan girls, and about the types of medical, psychological, scientific and cultural services and care provided to them.
