Handicrafts exhibition held in Qamishli

Al-Qamishli –(ST)- An exhibition of traditional handicrafts, including oriental embroideries, accessories and various foodstuffs, was held at the Arab Cultural Center in Qamishli for a group of women from the city.

The Head of the Arab Cultural Center in Qamishli Faiza al-Qadri told SANA that the participants in the exhibition work in the field of sewing and hand embroidery, as they reflected through their products the popular heritage in Al-Jazira region,

The exhibition, which will continue until tomorrow,  includes traditional foods, handicrafts and traditional clothes that reflect the simple life of women in Hasakah.
