The Museum of Syrian Art in Germany hosts the Paintings of artist Qutaiba Ma’mo

The Museum of Syrian Art in the German city of Bremen is currently hosting an exhibition by Syrian plastic artist Qutaiba Ma’mo as part of its work plan for this year, which will last for two months.

The exhibition, held in coordination between the Taklah Cultural and Humanitarian Foundation and Adonia Art Gallery, includes 23 artworks of large size and various techniques in a strange expressive manner that monitors the concerns of contemporary man and makes a mixture of irony, bitterness of real life and social criticism, which constitutes a special artistic imprint of the young artist Qutaiba Ma’mo.

The artist Ma’mo explained in a statement to SANA that the exhibition is an opportunity to show his paintings to the world, especially to the German people to get acquainted with modern Syrian artistic experiences and to monitor the reactions of the western viewers about these artworks. He indicated that the Syrian art is capable of conveying Syria’s civilized and eternal message of peace, goodness and love to the entire world.

The artist Qutaiba Ma’mo, graduated from the Adham Ismail institute in 2016, has participated in local collective exhibitions, and held a solo art exhibition entitled (Art without Borders), which was held at Dar Al-Assad for Culture and Arts in 2021.
